Using Oye Convo
Oye Convo provides live speech transcription, translation, and optional spoken translation. You may use it for personal or commercial conversations, subject to these terms and your plan limits.
Your Account
You sign in with the native account provider available on your device. You are responsible for keeping your device and account secure and for providing accurate account information.
Permission to Process Speech
You are responsible for giving any required notice and getting any required permission before capturing, transcribing, translating, or playing another person's speech. Do not use the app where this is prohibited by law or participant expectations.
Audio and Translations

Translations may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, especially with noise, overlapping speech, poor connectivity, accents, or specialized vocabulary. Do not rely on Oye Convo for emergency, legal, medical, or safety-critical decisions.

Free and paid plans may include usage limits. Mobile purchases and cancellations are managed through the app store used for the purchase.
Acceptable Use
Do not interfere with the service, overload it, reverse engineer protected service components, resell raw service access, or use it to violate law, privacy, or intellectual-property rights.
Availability and Liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Oye Convo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable consumer law.
