Delete your Oye Convo account

You can permanently delete your Oye Convo account at any time.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Oye Convo and sign in.
2. Open the menu in the lower-left corner.
3. Select Delete account, then confirm.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email alex@fingerscrossed.io from the address used for your Oye Convo account and ask us to delete it.

What is deleted

Your Oye Convo profile, authentication tokens, plan record, and translation and voice usage records are deleted. Live conversation audio, transcripts, and translations are not stored by Oye Convo.

What may be retained

Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained only where required by law or needed to resolve an active dispute. Those records are removed when the applicable retention period ends.
