Delete your Oye Convo account

You can permanently delete your Oye Convo account at any time.

Delete inside the app

1. Open Oye Convo and sign in.
2. Open the menu in the lower-left corner.
3. Select Delete account, then confirm.

Request deletion by email

Oye Convo does not retain your sign-in email address, so the secure deletion method is inside the signed-in app. If you cannot sign in, contact support@oye.live for assistance.

What is deleted

Your pseudonymous Oye Convo account, authentication tokens, plan and usage records, local profile, pending diagnostics, and saved conversations on that device are deleted. Live conversation audio, transcripts, and translations are not stored by Oye Convo.

What may be retained

Limited billing, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records may be retained only where required by law or needed to resolve an active dispute. Those records are removed when the applicable retention period ends.

Versions without an account menu

Contact support@oye.live for data requests. Support will explain how to verify the relevant installation or purchase. Do not share passwords, session credentials, or conversation content. Deleting app data does not cancel subscriptions; manage those through the purchase store.
